Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse data entry and documentation.
• Ability to operate a forklift and perform material handling.
• Proven coordination skills across production, warehousing and logistics.
• Familiarity with shipping documents and carrier communications.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and verify shipping/picking accuracy.
• Operate forklift and handle material movement.
• Coordinate with client services and Logistics on scheduling and shortages.
• Prepare Pick Tickets, Bills of Lading and shipping orders.
• Record inventory counts and investigate variances.
• Assist in warehouse system training and procedures.
• Contribute to safety improvements and reporting.
• Monitor warehouse supplies and generate weekly reports.
• Request exception shipping documents as needed.
• Support picking, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and inventory control.
