Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or Associate's degree preferred; High School Diploma / GED required.
• Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and ERP systems.
• Must be able to safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks with certification.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily work activities for Shipping and Receiving Clerks and temporary staff.
• Organize time and tasks, prioritize demands, and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
• Oversee onboarding and training for warehouse employees and seasonal staff.
• Conduct routine warehouse inspections and document findings.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, storing, tracking, and moving materials.
• Review orders and shipping docs to verify accuracy and communicate shortages or delays.
• Promote a safe, organized warehouse by monitoring storage practices and housekeeping.
