Cherokee Millwright in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support Operations. The role focuses on maintaining clean, safe warehouses and accurate inventory records while coordinating shipping and receiving activities.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, excellent computer skills, experience with Excel and warehouse management software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent computer skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain an organized workflow.
• DOT Health Card and FMCSA standards to operate a CMV.
• Experience operating CMVs under 26,001 GVWR without CDL.
• Experience operating forklifts and moving equipment.
• Strong communication with other departments such as customer service and logistics.
• Strong planning and multitasking skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Maintains clean, organized warehouses and adheres to safety protocols and SOPs.
• Create/interpret inventory reports and reconcile discrepancies using Excel and/or WMS.
• Performs clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering materials.
• Performs physical inventories and records discrepancies.
• Maintains records for items entering and leaving the warehouse.
• WHafts or counts items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards.
• Completes paperwork for documentation to receive materials and verify against invoices.
• Enter and maintain inventory records.
• Process requisition forms to determine items to be moved or delivered.
• Conveys materials from receiving areas to storage or other designated areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
