Eureka, LLC is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support our warehouse, shipping, and logistics operations in the Corona/Los Angeles area.

This full-time, on-site role offers $25–$32/hour, opportunities for advancement, and a collaborative environment across operations, customer service, and management. Candidates must be detail-oriented, able to coordinate with carriers and vendors, and comfortable using email and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, logistics, shipping, fulfillment, or operations experience preferred.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Good communication and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic computer systems.
• Able to work full-time on-site.
• Mandarin/Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments, pickups, deliveries, and warehouse requests.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
• Track shipments, inventory arrivals, replacements, and delivery issues.
• Request and compare shipping and vendor quotes.
• Follow up on delays, damages, claims, billing issues, and other logistics problems.
• Maintain vendor, shipment, and logistics records.
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor and Customer Service team.
• Help identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and reduce costs.
