Position Summary

The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator at Mack Studios is responsible for overseeing warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving activities, logistics coordination, and material movement for production and installation projects. This role ensures materials, products, and shipments are properly managed, tracked, and delivered on schedule to support company operations and client deadlines.

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming deliveries and materials.
• Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Label and organize materials by project, department, or inventory location.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and storage areas.
• Pull, stage, and prepare materials for production and installation teams.
• Load and unload company vehicles and freight shipments.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking.
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies or shortages.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock items to purchasing.
• Ensure inventory locations and warehouse organization remain accurate and updated.

Logistics & Shipping

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with vendors, freight carriers, and installation teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory management experience preferred. Experience in millwork and/or fixture production environments desired.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Must be able to safely operate and drive a company box truck.
• Forklift certification required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.

• Basic computer and inventory tracking skills preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds regularly.

Work Schedule

Full-time position. Overtime, flexible hours, and occasional overnight travel may be required based on project schedules, deliveries, and installation deadlines.
