Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Odessa, TX site. You will handle deliveries and pickups, process POs, and maintain accurate shipment records. The role requires basic shipping knowledge, numeracy, and keeping the warehouse organized.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and a good driving record. 2–4 years in manufacturing is preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• Must have a good driving record.
• 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and warehousing.
• Ability to count, read and write numbers and read packing slips.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries to customers and pickups from vendors.
• Receive purchase orders and upload supporting documents to sales orders or SEC files.
• Communicate with buyers about PO issues and request invoices.
• Ensure accuracy on incoming shipments and stock orders.
• Stock warehouse items received and stage outgoing materials.
• Identify and sort incoming freight and relocate for orders.
• Maintain workspace and clean the warehouse.
• Prepare material for shipment with proper documentation.
