Job summary

Mason Technologies in Deer Park, NY is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and project material prep. This role also serves as backup driver for deliveries across the Tri-State Area.

The ideal candidate is organized, safety-minded, and able to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment. 40–50 hours weekly; $19–$21 per hour; full-time, in-person.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments; verify quantities and accuracy against purchase orders, packing slips, and other documentation.
• Pick, pack, organize, and stage materials, equipment, and supplies for upcoming projects based on project schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and physical counts of equipment, stock, tools, and project-specific materials.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to ensure materials are properly stored, clearly identified, and easily accessible.
• Label, track, and organize incoming and outgoing materials.
• Assist with routine inventory counts, audits, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate when materials need to be reordered or replenished.
• Load and unload deliveries while ensuring materials are handled safely and properly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including clear aisles, organized staging areas, and debris-free floors.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Operations, Purchasing, and field teams to ensure materials are prepared and available when needed.
• Assist with warehouse organization, equipment maintenance, and special projects as assigned.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as authorized.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Foster an inclusive work culture that incorporates the Mason Family values.
• Serve as a backup driver to support deliveries; deliver and pick up materials from vendors, warehouses, and job sites throughout the Tri-State Area.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Safely operate company vans, pickup trucks, and other company vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
