Job summary

Mason Technologies Inc. in Deer Park, NY is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and material preparation for projects. The role also serves as a backup driver for deliveries across the Tri-State Area when needed.

Ideal candidates are organized, dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment. CDL optional, driving duties limited to business needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred; willingness to become certified is required.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments; verify quantities and accuracy against purchase orders, packing slips, and other documentation
• Pick, pack, organize, and stage materials, equipment, and supplies for upcoming projects based on project schedules
• Maintain accurate inventory records and physical counts of equipment, stock, tools, and project-specific materials
• Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to ensure materials are properly stored, clearly identified, and easily accessible
• Label, track, and organize incoming and outgoing materials
• Assist with routine inventory counts, audits, cycle counts, and stock replenishment
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate when materials need to be reordered or replenished
• Load and unload deliveries while ensuring materials are handled safely and properly
• Coordinate with Project Management, Operations, Purchasing, and field teams to ensure materials are prepared and available when needed
