Candidates should have a High School diploma, forklift certification preferred, experience in high-volume distribution, and be proficient with inventory software and Excel. This role requires physical stamina, lifting up to 100 lbs, and flexibility for peak-season hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift Operator certification preferred.
• Experience in high-volume distribution.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Excel.
• Spanish or another secondary language helpful.
• OSHA regulations knowledge and warehouse safety.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders and shipments, logging and storing materials per standards.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and yard; uphold safety and operations.
• Manage inventory by distributing materials and rotating stock; report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team to support a cooperative work environment and mutual success.
• Operate forklifts and other handling equipment safely per guidelines.
