Job Title: Warehouse / Logistics Assistant (Pharma / Biotech)

Salary Range: $2,800 to $4,500 Monthly

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure accurate and timely receiving and issuance of materials to production from internal warehouse and 3PL to prevent production stoppages.
2. Raise damage reports, materials disposition authorizations, and track inventory movements.
3. Complete transfer order transactions accurately in SAP according to physical movements.
4. Support investigations into inventory discrepancies and violations of GMP and EHS procedures.
5. Handle raw materials sampling for laboratory testing as per standards.
6. Participate in routine cycle counting activities, including physical counts and data entry.
7. Manage documentation and data entry in SAP system.
8. Support outbound shipments via land, sea, and air, ensuring timely packing and loading.
9. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and VNA, following safety procedures.
10. Maintain equipment and vehicles in good condition through preventive maintenance.
11. Keep work environment clean and organized.
12. Handle sterile and hazardous materials safely.
13. Contribute to establishing warehouse SOPs.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Supply Chain, ITE, or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in GMP warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of GMP practices, sampling, and inventory management.
• Ability to operate forklifts and VNA, with a valid license preferred.
• Experience with SAP system is a plus.
• Based in Tuas; transport provided.
