Job summary

UniFirst Corporation is seeking a reliable Warehouse Unloader/Loader to support the timely flow of clean and soiled garments and products. The role offers a 40-hour work week with weekends off, on-the-job training, and benefits including 401K with company match, health insurance, and paid time off.

You will handle inbound/outbound product, sort and stage items, and ensure accurate loads. Growth is encouraged, with a family culture and internal advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units (weight, volume, distance).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload clean product from plant transport shuttle and sort by route and delivery day.
• Prepare outbound products: audit carts, verify against load sheets, load trucks.
• Sort soiled garments and products for return to processing plant.
• Receive, label, and store incoming vendor deliveries.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse; follow safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
