UniFirst is hiring a Warehouse Unloader/Loader to support timely flow of garments and products. You will unload, sort, stage, and load route trucks, while auditing loads and communicating shortages to management.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We offer on-the-job training, a 5-day work week with weekends off, and benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload clean product from incoming plant transport and sort by route.
• Stage items by delivery day and load route trucks with garments and items.
• Audit carts, verify load accuracy, and report shortages.
• Handle soil and return processing and sort by material type.
• Organize stock, receive deliveries, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse.
