Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a dependable warehouse loader/unloader in Raymore, MO, on a night shift. You will perform high-volume loading and unloading, using pallet jacks to move goods and maintain dock flow. Compliance and safety are essential on every shift.

• Follow warehouse safety procedures and proper lifting techniques at all times.
• Integrate with various teams and adapt to different operational processes.

Looking for flexible work as a loader/unloader ? As a warehouse loader/unloader, you'll play a crucial part in the supply chain by helping our clients with their daily operational needs. We're looking for dependable professionals who are ready to jump into action and make a difference on every shift they take.

Your responsibilities:

• Execute the high-volume loading and unloading of diverse boxes, containers or packaged goods from trucks and shipping containers with speed and precision.
• Utilize manual handling tools and power jacks (pallet jack operator) to organize, stage, and move goods, ensuring optimal dock traffic flow.
• Verify shipment integrity, note discrepancies, and ensure all stacked goods meet strict compliance standards for safe transport and storage.
• Maintain a proactive approach to warehouse safety protocols and lifting techniques.
• Quickly integrate into different teams and adapt to various operational systems and inventory management methods.
