Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring for a physically demanding loader/unloader role in Fremont, CA. You will perform high-volume manual loading and unloading of freight from various vehicles, using pallet jacks and hand trucks to move and stage materials in the dock area.

You must adhere to safety regulations, verify shipment quantities, and collaborate with dock supervisors to meet daily throughput targets. This on-site position offers consistent hours and a benefits package.

Your responsibilities:

• Perform continuous, high-volume manual loading and unloading of freight, goods, and containerized cargo from various vehicles with efficiency and precision.
• Operate essential manual and powered material handling equipment, specifically pallet jacks and hand trucks, to quickly move and stage materials within the dock area.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail by verifying shipment quantities, identifying damages, and ensuring all material stacking adheres to strict safety and integrity standards.
• Actively comply with all safety regulations, prioritizing the use of correct lifting techniques throughout the entire shift to maintain personal health and team security.
• Collaborate effectively with dock supervisors and receiving teams to achieve daily throughput targets and maintain smooth operational flow.
