Job summary

Randstad USA in Milpitas, CA is hiring immediately for loaders/unloaders to support top-tier distribution and logistics partners nationwide. You’ll perform high-volume manual loading and unloading, operate pallet jacks and hand trucks, and help maintain safety and efficiency on the dock.

Qualifications

• High-volume manual loading and unloading experience.
• Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks to move materials.

• Collaborate with dock supervisors to meet throughput targets.

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous, high-volume manual loading and unloading of freight, goods, and containerized cargo from various vehicles with efficiency and precision.
• Operate essential manual and powered material handling equipment, specifically pallet jacks and hand trucks, to quickly move and stage materials within the dock area.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail by verifying shipment quantities, identifying damages, and ensuring all material stacking adheres to strict safety and integrity standards.
• Actively comply with all safety regulations, prioritizing the use of correct lifting techniques throughout the entire shift to maintain personal health and team security.
• Collaborate effectively with dock supervisors and receiving teams to achieve daily throughput targets and maintain smooth operational flow.
