Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Warehouse Loader/Unloader to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will support inbound and outbound garment flow, sort by route, load/unload trucks, and maintain a clean, safe workspace on a 40-hour work week with Saturdays and Sundays off.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• ,Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to perform basic math using US customary units.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Product Handling: unload, sort, and stage garments and items by route and delivery day.
• Outbound Product Preparation: audit carts, communicate shortages, load route trucks.
• Soil and Return Processing: unload/sort soiled garments and load onto shuttle.
• Inventory and Stock Management: organize, receive, label, and store deliveries.
• Warehouse Organization and Safety: maintain a clean, safe workspace per procedures.
• Other Duties: perform duties as directed by supervisor.
