Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Warehouse Unloader/Loader to support the flow of garments and products. Expect 40-hour weeks, weekends off, on-the-job training, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, health insurance, and more.

Responsibilities include unloading, sorting, loading trucks, inventory handling, and maintaining safety in the warehouse. Prior experience not required; training provided.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units in weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload clean product from plant transport shuttle upon arrival.
• Sort and stage clean garments and facility service items by route and delivery day.
• Piece in garments or stockroom items to ensure inclusion with the correct route.
• Audit flag good carts and verify accuracy against load sheets.
• Identify and communicate route shortages to management and teams.
• Load route trucks with garments and facility items.
• Unload and sort soiled garments and products for return to processing.
• Receive, label, and store incoming vendor deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse; perform janitorial tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
