Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Warehouse Unloader/Loader to join our team in the Harrisburg area. You will support the timely flow of incoming clean and outgoing garments and products, with on-the-job training and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's License is required; ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload clean product from plant transport shuttle upon arrival.
• Sort and stage clean garments and facility service items by route and delivery day.
• Piece in garments or stockroom items not sorted at the plant to ensure correct routing.
• Audit flag good carts and verify accuracy against load sheets.
• Identify, document, and communicate route shortages to the Branch Manager and teams.
• Load route trucks with garments and facility service items.
• Unload and sort soiled garments and products by material type and classification from returning trucks.
• Load soiled products onto the outbound shuttle for return to the processing plant.
• Organize and store incoming vendor deliveries; maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
