Job summary

99 Ranch Market is seeking a Warehouse Loading Clerk to support shipping/receiving, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organization at our Buena Park facility. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work night and weekend shifts in a fast-paced setting.

Experience with warehouse systems and basic computer skills are needed; bilingual English with Mandarin or Spanish is a plus, and candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years in warehouse operations or related fields preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin or English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control software.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training may be provided).
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving of products, including loading/unloading trucks and preparing shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory in the warehouse management system.
• Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure products are properly stored and organized in the warehouse.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Assist with packaging and labeling of products as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of materials and products.
• Answer phones and respond to emails as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
