Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Capable of recognizing letters and numbers and remembering their sequence.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and push/pull up to 300 lbs with aids.
• Able to bend, reach eight feet, and climb as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stages product on pallets, shrinks wraps, and loads pallets on trucks.
• Inspects trailers for suitability before loading.
• Ensures correct parts are on the right truck with accuracy and speed.
• Operates pallet jack or forklift as needed.
• Keeps work area clean to prevent accidents and speed loading.
• Pulls stock orders and assists with other DC shuttles.
• Follows safety procedures and company policies.
