Genuine Parts Company in North Carolina is seeking a Warehouse Associate to stage products on pallets, shrink wrap loads, and load pallets onto trucks for delivery. You will ensure accurate parts for routes and maintain safe handling practices in a busy stockroom environment.

Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent, reliable attendance, and physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and push/pull up to 300 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
• Regular, reliable attendance is essential.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and push/pull up to 300 lbs with or without mechanical aids.
• Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift and work in a fast-paced DC environment.

Responsibilities

• Stage products on pallets and shrink wrap to prevent loss.
• Load pallets on trucks and inspect trailers for suitability.
• Ensure correct parts are loaded for delivery with accuracy and speed.
• Operate pallet jack or forklift as needed.
• Maintain clean work area to prevent accidents and support rapid loading.
• Assist with processing other DC shuttles and related duties as assigned.
