Job summary

PepsiCo in Michigan is seeking a warehouse associate to hand-build pallets for bulk and route deliveries. You will use forklift or electronic pallet jack, follow load sheets, ensure correct loading per shipper/receiver documents, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires lifting 20-45 pounds repeatedly, standing, walking, bending, and working with varying hours. Prior warehouse experience and ability to work with teams are helpful.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Experience driving a forklift and operating powered pallet jacks.
• Experience working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
