Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Loader, Non-Formula to support our warehouse operations in Cincinnati. You will assist in loading and preparing pallets for shipment, using forklifts or pallet jacks, while following safety procedures and production plans.

You will work in a multi-temperature environment and must be able to lift up to 60–90 pounds as needed. This role requires a proactive team member who can operate efficiently and help maintain a safe, clean loading area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move products during shift.

Responsibilities

• Transport items to the trailer using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand.
• Move outgoing products from staging to loading dock with forklift.
• Wrap pallets and ensure shipping labels are in place.
• Locate trailer slot and secure load before transport.
• Perform housekeeping and safety checks; report hazards.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and store equipment safely.
