Job summary

Performance Foodservice in the United States seeks a Loader, Non-Formula to support our distribution operations. You will transport goods into trailers using pallet jacks, forklifts, or by hand, prepare pallets for shipment, and work within a team to maintain quality and safety standards.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 6+ months of warehouse experience, and the ability to lift 10–35 pounds repeatedly and up to 90 pounds as needed in a multi-temperature setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime.
• Able to lift 10–35 lb repeatedly; up to 60–90 lb as needed.
• Work in cooler, freezer and dry temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Transport items to trailers using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand.
• Move outgoing products from staging to loading dock with forklift.
• Wrap and secure pallets; ensure shipping labels are in place.
• Locate trailer slots, secure loads, and inspect pallets for damage.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Complete paperwork and assist other warehouse duties as needed.
