Job summary

Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery is hiring a Warehouse Loader at our Montpelier, VT distribution center for the 2nd shift. You will load/unload shipments, operate forklift and pallet jack, and help maintain inventory with strict GMP and food-safety practices. Training is provided for forklift certification if needed.

The role is full-time, with a 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM schedule, 5 days a week with weekend availability, plus a 7% shift differential. Competitive benefits and weekly pay accompany this position.

Schedule & Pay

• 2nd Shift
• 5 days a week with weekend availability
• Typically 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
• $20.98–$26.72/hour, based on experience plus a 7% shift differential
• Some schedule flexibility may be needed based on business needs and team coverage

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Loader, you'll help safely and accurately move products through our warehouse and distribution operation. Responsibilities include:

• Load and unload products and shipments
• Operate a forklift and electric pallet jack safely
• Maintain accurate product and inventory records
• Move, organize, and stage products within the warehouse
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and other warehouse tasks as needed
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, and quality requirements
• Report food safety or quality concerns promptly

Don't have forklift certification? We provide training and certification for interested candidates who demonstrate the ability to safely operate the equipment.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

• Warehouse, distribution, shipping and receiving, or material handling experience is preferred, but not required
• Forklift or electric pallet jack experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Reliable and willing to help the team as business needs change
• Commitment to workplace and food safety
