Job summary

Cabot Creamery & Agri-Mark, a farmer-owned cooperative, is hiring full-time Overnight Sanitation Technicians at our Cabot, Vermont facility. You will clean and sanitize production areas, handle cleaning chemicals, and maintain readiness for daily operations on the 3rd shift (10:20 PM–6:20 AM).

Starting pay is $21.60 per hour with progression to $23.79 plus additional incentives for late-night and weekend hours; supplemental pay stacks on top of the base rate.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas following established food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and follow all sanitation and safety protocols.

We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Overnight Sanitation Technicians to help ensure our equipment and production areas are clean, safe, and ready for daily operations.

Schedule

• 3rd Shift


• 10:20 PM - 6:20 AM

Pay

• Starting rate: $21.60 per hour


• Progression to $23.79 per hour


• Additional $2.00 per hour for all hours worked between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM


• Additional $3.00 per hour for all hours worked between Friday at 11:00 PM and Sunday at 11:00 PM


• Supplemental pay may be stacked


• Supplemental pay is in addition to current shift differentials but is not subject to overtime
