Shift: 1st shift (6:00am - 2:30pm)

This labor-intensive position involves hand building pallets of product for bulk and route trucks, requiring strict attention to order accuracy. Responsibilities include working from electronic order systems or sheets, using forklifts or electronic pallet jacks, and maintaining accuracy and safety standards. The role requires lifting cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly, standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout long shifts.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

1. Drive power pallet jack or forklift to build pallets according to load sheets or voice pick systems.
2. Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items.
3. Wrap completed pallets and stage/load them into trucks.
4. Complete paperwork and ensure truck checks are performed.
5. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment.
6. Maintain regular attendance and reliability.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Helpful Experience:

• Warehouse environment experience, including order picking, pallet stacking, and operating powered equipment.
• Forklift operation skills.
• Experience with racking systems and team collaboration.
