Job summary

Primo Brands Corporation is hiring a Warehouse Loader in Syosset, NY. You will load and unload trucks, palletize goods, and operate forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This full-time role requires 18+ years old and a valid driver's license, with overtime as needed.

Schedule is Sunday to Thursday, starting at 7PM, with pay at $24.00/hr plus 6–8% extra for applicable hours. Healthcare, 401(k), and robust benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Able to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs throughout shifts.
• Meet physical demands including standing, walking, bending, and squatting.
• Willing to work overtime as needed; forklift experience preferred but trainable.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift.
• Palletize products for loading and ensure safe handling.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain inventory and good housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Move delivery trucks for loading/unloading and assist with refueling.
• Handle administrative tasks like bay mapping and stock counts as needed.

Overview

A warehouse loader is responsible for ensuring our products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and performing the loading/unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation.

Reporting Location: Syosset, NY

Compensation: $24.00 / hr + 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked(negotiable)

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (Saturdays dependent on business needs)

Start Time: 7PM Start Time, until workload completion

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner
• Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift
• Palletize products for loading
• Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc.
• Take care of our products through proper handling and storage
• Ensure inventory is properly maintained
• Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling
• Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, and allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled time)

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years)
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing and pulling with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we can train new associates
