Job summary

Primo Brands Corporation is seeking a warehouse loader in Greenwood, IN. Responsibilities include loading and unloading route trucks, palletizing, and operating forklifts or pallet jacks. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a schedule from Sunday to Thursday, starting at 7 pm until workload is complete. This position includes a base hourly wage with a 6% or 8% shift differential paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major offenses in the last 3 years).
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the shift.
• Must be able to meet physical demands including standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing and pulling with or without accommodations.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner.
• Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift.
• Palletize products for loading.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Handle products with proper storage and handling to maintain quality.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and good housekeeping within the warehouse.
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Move delivery trucks for loading/unloading and perform truck refueling.
• Take on administrative tasks as needed (e.g., bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts).

Overview

A warehouse loader is responsible for ensuring our products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and performing the loading/unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation.

Reporting Location: Greenwood, IN

Compensation: $ / hour + 6% or 8% shift differential for applicable hours worked (paid weekly)

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday(Fridaysdependent on business needs)

Start Time: 7 pm until workload complete

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner
• Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift
• Palletize products for loading
• Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jack set etc.
• Take care of our products through proper handling and storage
• Ensure inventory is properly maintained
• Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling
• Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (e.g., bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, and allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled time)

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years)
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing and pulling with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we can train new associates
