Job summary

Primo Brands Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Loader in Akron, OH to safely move products within the warehouse and perform loading/unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift. The role reports locally to Akron, OH, with a schedule of Sunday through Thursday and some travel between locations.

Compensation is $20 per hour plus a 6%–8% shift differential. Responsibilities include palletizing, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, maintaining inventory, and ensuring safety and housekeeping

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record (last 3 years).
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 60 lbs during shift.
• Overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand or forklift.
• Palletize products for loading.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts and pallet jacks).
• Move products and handle storage to ensure proper inventory.
• Maintain warehouse standards and housekeeping.
• Work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Assist with bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts.

A warehouse loader is responsible for ensuring our products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and performing the loading/unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation.

Reporting Location: Akron, OH

Compensation: $20/ hour

Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday (Fridays dependent on business needs)

Start Time: 11pm until done

(expect some travel between locations)

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner

• Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift

• Palletize products for loading

• Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc.

• Take care of our products through proper handling and storage

• Ensure inventory is properly maintained

• Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld

• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

• Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling

• Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, and allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled time)

Qualifications

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years)

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift

• Willing to work overtime as needed

• Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we can train new associates
