ResMed is seeking a Warehouse Line Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations and provide task-related coordination for up to 10 operators. The role interfaces with Sales, Production, and other departments, and involves working directly in Oracle and handling scheduling duties.

The position emphasizes leadership delegation, problem resolution within established processes, and maintaining a professional, collaborative work environment. A minimum of two years in a related role is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related warehouse experience.
• Full knowledge of the assigned area of responsibility, including applicable practices and procedures.
• Basic skills and knowledge to perform routine warehouse tasks.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily warehouse tasks alongside warehouse operators.
• Provide day-to-day task support for up to 10 warehouse operators and assist with work scheduling.
• Work directly in Oracle and coordinate with Sales, Production, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production and other departments on warehouse-related activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for task-related issues and resolve problems within established processes.
• Act as the Team Leader’s delegate when required.
• Provide daily task-related support to warehouse operators while maintaining a professional and collaborative environment.
