Job summary

ResMed in Calabasas, CA seeks a Warehouse Line Leader to manage daily warehouse operations and coordinate tasks for up to 10 operators. You will work with Sales, Production and other teams to ensure timely delivery of components and products to customers.

The role requires at least 2 years of related experience and strong familiarity with warehouse processes and Oracle for administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related warehouse experience.
• Full knowledge of assigned area, including practices and procedures.
• Basic skills to perform routine warehouse tasks.
• Experience working directly in Oracle is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse tasks alongside warehouse operators.

What You'll Do

The Warehouse Line Leader performs daily warehouse operations while providing task-related coordination and support to warehouse operators. This role supports the global sales network by helping deliver components and products to internal and external customers.

The Warehouse Line Leader performs warehouse operator duties while taking on additional daily coordination and administrative responsibilities within the assigned area. The role provides day-to-day task support for up to 10 warehouse operators and assists with work scheduling.

Responsibilities include working directly in Oracle, coordinating with Sales, Production, and other departments, and resolving operational issues within established processes.

• Perform daily warehouse tasks alongside warehouse operators.
• Assist with day-to-day work scheduling and assign or delegate individual tasks as needed.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks, including working directly in Oracle.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, and other departments on warehouse-related activities.

Employees accrue three weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year of employment, receive 11 paid holidays plus 3 floating days and are eligible for 14 weeks of primary caregiver or two weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: $23.12 - $34.68 USD Hourly.
