Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of warehouse operations experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Experience with inventory management systems and inventory control processes.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, storage, staging, and shipping.
• Lead and support warehouse team members through scheduling, training, coaching, and assigning daily tasks.
• Maintain accurate inventory via cycle counts, audits, and management systems.
• Inspect incoming shipments for quality, accuracy, and damage.
• Coordinate product availability for customer pickups, deliveries, and installation schedules.
• Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, organization, and adherence to procedures.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Partner with showroom leadership to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and boost performance.
