Job summary

Landis+Gyr is seeking a Lead Warehouse Operator in Kirkland, WA to lead the warehouse team in achieving high quality, safety and productivity. You will oversee shipping/receiving, inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with QEHS standards while coordinating with RF Techs and subcontractors.

The role demands at least a high school diploma, 2+ years in warehouse roles, and prior leadership experience. SAP and Microsoft Office familiarity are pluses; forklift skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• APICS CLTD certification preferred or required depending on role.
• Experience leading a warehouse team is important.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse staff to achieve high performance in quality and efficiency.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks for outgoing and incoming products.
• Maintain an organized warehouse in accordance with procedures and safety standards.
• Coordinate with RF Technicians and subcontractors for device setup and logistics.
• Track and organize RMA shipments and manage material flow to reduce cycle times.
