Integrated Talent Strategies is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support a top energy company in the Columbus, OH area. This full-time role offers growth opportunity with a 1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and overtime as needed.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and warehouse/inventory experience. Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, and warehouse software is preferred. Safety-focused and team-oriented candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage storeroom inventory with cycle counts and overall organization.
• Operate heavy equipment up to 12K pounds in the yard.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
• Transport materials using company flatbeds or pickups; no overnight travel.
• Collaborate with staff and vendors to complete tasks; spotter duties in the yard.
