Job summary

Revere Electric Supply Co. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coordinate daily warehousing activities and assist the Warehouse Supervisor with training and setting expectations, while ensuring safety standards.

The role encompasses overseeing warehouse operations, improving productivity, and maintaining top customer service. Local candidates only; hours are 9:00 am – 5:30 pm or until work is complete, Monday through Friday with no weekends. Competitive pay and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to complete all warehouse functions and operate machinery with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in warehouse operations with focus on productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Demonstrate efficiency in all warehouse functions.
• Assist supervisor in orienting, training, assigning and coaching employees.
• Manage shipping processes and understand receiving, stocking, and quality control of all merchandise.
• Support maintenance of warehouse equipment by following operating instructions and arranging repairs.
• Perform other associated duties as assigned.
