Ideal candidates have a minimum of 5 years in warehouse/logistics with supervisory experience, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency in a multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience leading warehouse and delivery teams, with strong safety/compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and delivery operations including scheduling and task delegation.
• Provide input to the Branch/Store Manager on employee performance and staffing needs.
• Onboard and train new warehouse and delivery staff to meet performance expectations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, DOT regulations and OSHA standards.
