Job summary

MSCCN is seeking a Warehouse Lead to assist the Warehouse Manager and Supervisors in all areas of operations. You will lead a team, train personnel, and ensure safe adherence to processes while providing hands-on support as needed. Reports to the Warehouse Manager and supports policy and value alignment.

Responsibilities include interviewing candidates, directing work, and delivering results with a focus on safety, process improvements, and customer satisfaction. On-site position at Memphis, TN.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
1 to 3 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct daily warehouse activities to ensure safe, successful completion of tasks.
Verify and ensure all warehouse processes are followed; supervise areas of responsibility as assigned by management.
Train and lead Warehouse Personnel; evaluate processes for continuous improvement.
Communicate opportunities for process and personnel improvements; address quality and out-of-stocks.
