Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Group Coordinator Lead to supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and coordinate shifts on the first shift. You will train associates, monitor progress, and ensure accurate receiving and inventory control, including cycle counts and use of a Warehouse Management System.

The role reports to the Supervisor and requires at least 6 months experience operating forklift and a minimum 6 months in inventory control, with a 3-year progression in

Qualifications

• 6-12 months warehouse experience.
• 6-12 months forklift operation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or training within 30 days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse staff.
• Assign daily tasks and shift schedules.
• Train new employees and support cross-training efforts.
• Ensure accurate receiving of goods; manage cycle counts and inventory.
• Open/close and secure the building; report unsafe conditions.
• Communicate work practices and methods to associates.
