Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics seeks a Warehouse Lead to manage loading, unloading, stacking, sorting, and case picking in a busy facility. You will supervise Warehouse Operators, answer technical questions, and train new hires while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm. Responsibilities include operating equipped forklifts, staging for shipping, verifying accuracy with Wave Planner, and maintaining inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience operating Arcadia MHE equipment.
• Basic reading/writing and arithmetic skills are required.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication with diverse individuals is important.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to move products within the warehouse.
• Select and load products onto pallets for shipping or receiving.
• Verify accuracy with Wave Planner and monitor KPI targets.
• Provide training to new hires and assist supervisors.
• Perform daily safety checks on equipment and maintain a clean work area.
• Cross-train and support Operator I, II, and III as needed.
