Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience.
• Ability to perform warehouse duties throughout the facility and adapt to changing operational priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively, share information, and provide updates on daily operations.
• Dependable work history demonstrating excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and the ability to support, train, and motivate fellow associates.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety and proper material-handling procedures.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Warehouse Supervisor and warehouse team.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside associates to help the team succeed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with coordinating daily work assignments and ensuring operational schedules are met.
• Work alongside warehouse associates to support accurate and efficient receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping activities.
• Help train new associates on warehouse procedures, safety expectations, and daily responsibilities.
• Monitor daily operational progress, track performance metrics, and provide status updates to the supervisor.
• Read and verify schedules, tickets, and orders to determine which products need to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Demonstrate proficiency in warehouse operations and rotate between facility areas as needed to meet daily business demands.
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Lead by example by demonstrating reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to teamwork.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
