RealCold is hiring a Warehouse Lead Team Member to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient picking, packing, shipping and receiving. You will partner with Operations Leadership to foster a positive, accountable team culture and drive productivity.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of warehouse leadership, hands-on forklift experience, and proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems.

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

What You’ll Do

The Warehouse Lead Team Member oversees daily warehouse operations and supports the team in maintaining safe, accurate, and efficient picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. This role works closely with Operations Leadership to promote a positive, accountable team culture.

What We’re Looking For

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Ability to walk through warehouse for up to 8 to 10 hours per shift.
• Must be able to maintain attention for long periods of time with constant interruptions
• Continually: Stand, Sit, walk, bend, speak, and hear
• Occasionally: Carry, lift, push and reach up to 30 lbs.
• Occasionally: Work at heights no greater than 40’

• Comfortable working in a cold storage facility, including temperatures below 34°F and occasionally below zero.
• Must wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and follow all safety requirements.
• Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and evenings as business needs require

• Fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment with exposure to cold, noise, and moving equipment
