Job summary

RealCold is hiring a Warehouse Lead Team Member in Lockhart, TX to oversee daily warehouse operations and keep safety, accuracy, and efficiency at the forefront. You will lead and coach the team, coordinate picking, packing, shipping, and receiving, and partner with Operations Leadership to drive performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of warehouse leadership experience, forklift and WMS experience, strong communication skills, and dependable attendance.

What You'll Do

The Warehouse Lead Team Member oversees daily warehouse operations and supports the team in maintaining safe, accurate, and efficient picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. This role works closely with Operations Leadership to promote a positive, accountable team culture.

• Lead, assign, and monitor daily warehouse activities to meet productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Train and coach warehouse team members on equipment, processes, and safety procedures.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to the warehouse team.
• Assist with loading/unloading, forklift operation, product relocation, and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Conduct regular audits and address damaged or defective products promptly.
• Partner with Operations Leadership to ensure all warehouse functions are completed efficiently.
• Maintain team focus, meet deadlines, and complete assigned projects.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse/distribution leadership experience.
• Cold storage experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and/or high-reach equipment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Basic math skills.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Ability to walk through warehouse for up to 8 to 10 hours per shift.
• Must be able to maintain attention for long periods of time with constant interruptions
• Continually: Stand, Sit, walk, bend, speak, and hear
• Occasionally: Carry, lift, push and reach up to 30 lbs.
• Occasionally: Work at heights no greater than 40'

• Must wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and follow all safety requirements.

• Fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment with exposure to cold, noise, and moving equipment
