Job summary

RealCold is hiring a Warehouse Lead Team Member to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure safe, accurate picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. You will work closely with Operations Leadership to foster a positive, accountable culture and drive performance.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in a warehouse setting, experience with WMS, forklift operation, and strong English communication.

What You’ll Do

The Warehouse Lead Team Member oversees daily warehouse operations and supports the team in maintaining safe, accurate, and efficient picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. This role works closely with Operations Leadership to promote a positive, accountable team culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse/distribution leadership experience.
• Cold storage experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and/or high-reach equipment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Basic math skills.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Ability to walk through warehouse for up to 8 to 10 hours per shift.
• Must be able to maintain attention for long periods of time with constant interruptions
• Continually: Stand, Sit, walk, bend, speak, and hear
• Occasionally: Carry, lift, push and reach up to 30 lbs.
• Occasionally: Work at heights no greater than 40’

• Comfortable working in a cold storage facility, including temperatures below 34°F and occasionally below zero.
• Must wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and follow all safety requirements.
• Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and evenings as business needs require

• Fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment with exposure to cold, noise, and moving equipment
