Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join a safety‑conscious team with a friendly, outgoing attitude. The role provides support and some supervisory duties to regular and temporary warehouse staff, coordinating with Operations Supervisors to meet productivity expectations.

Position requires readiness to stage and sort products, move materials, and maintain daily logs. The job offers typical warehouse shifts and opportunities to advance within a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse experience required.
• 2 years of inventory or materials management experience preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint preferred.
• Ability to learn and use proprietary software required.
• Flexible to work overtime preferred.
• Ability to work in non-climate controlled conditions.
• Ability to lead a small team, multitasking and strong organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Provide process and project visibility to Operations Supervisor.
• Lead shift huddles and supervise associates.
• Move materials within the warehouse.
• Perform daily logs and communicate with other shifts.
• Read work orders and production schedules to determine tasks.
• Assemble customer orders and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
