Employbridge/Hire Dynamics is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for the Suwanee, GA area. The role oversees daily warehouse operations, coordinates workflow, and ensures accurate picking, packing, and shipping.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of supervisory experience and is bilingual in Spanish and English. The shift runs 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with a possible 11:00 PM end time and overtime on Saturdays as production requires.

Employbridge/Hire Dynamics is hiring! Lead/Warehouse position in Suwanee GA. Ideal candidate is Bilingual in Spanish and English, preferred.

Warehouse Team Lead (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM/11PM latest). Begin on 1st and move to 2nd shift.

Lead daily warehouse operations by coordinating workflow, assigning tasks, and supporting employees to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Monitor productivity, assist with inventory and fulfillment processes, train new team members, address operational issues, and promote a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications: At least 1+ year of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience

Knowledge of picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment

Experience with RF scanners and WMS systems

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift

Availability Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-about 11pm (Saturdays as needed for scheduled overtime as production requires)

Preferred Experience:

3PL or e-commerce fulfillment

High-volume warehouse environments

Seasonal/peak demand operations

Putwall or light-directed picking systems Pallet jack operation experience

This is a temp to permanent position based on performance, attendance, and behavior. This customer has converted several of our associate's in prior peak seasons that are still a proud part of their staff.
