This hands-on leadership role requires supervising warehouse staff while participating in order pulling, loading and unloading, inventory control, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse, distribution, or delivery environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check, DOT pre-employment physical, and pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and occasional on-call hours as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily leadership, direction, and support to warehouse team members.
• Supervise and participate in order pulling, loading and unloading trucks, and restocking inventory.
• Verify orders for accuracy and quality before delivery or pickup.
• Ensure checklists, paperwork, and daily administrative tasks are completed accurately.
• Communicate job details, schedule changes, and last-minute updates to team members.
• Coordinate inventory returns, inspect returned items, and ensure products are properly restocked.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and materials to keep areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Oversee timely completion of loading, unloading, and inventory return processes.
• Manage labor hours efficiently to meet operational needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity and processes.
• Enforce company safety procedures and applicable regulations.

Now Hiring: Warehouse Team Lead Location: Norcross, Ga. Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Full-time, overtime available Shifts: 5:00am to 1:00pm Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire (as applicable)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, guide team members, and ensure orders are accurately prepared for scheduled deliveries and pickups. This hands‑on leadership role involves supervising warehouse employees while participating in order pulling, loading and unloading trucks, inventory management, and quality control. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and able to lead a team in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or inventory management experience.
• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or rental inventory software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with tent installation or event equipment setup.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift 20 40 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to stand and remain active for most of the shift.
• Comfortable working in warehouses without consistent heating or air conditioning.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Comfortable working around trucks, warehouse equipment, and potentially loud environments.
• Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment.
