Job summary

Employbridge/Hire Dynamics is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for the Suwanee, GA area. The role oversees daily warehouse operations, coordinates workflow, and ensures accurate picking, packing, and shipping.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of supervisory experience and is bilingual in Spanish and English. The shift runs 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with a possible 11:00 PM end time and overtime on Saturdays as production requires.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with RF scanners and WMS systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM with Saturdays as needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations by coordinating workflow and assigning tasks.
• Support employees to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Monitor productivity and assist with inventory and fulfillment processes.
• Train new team members and address operational issues.
• Promote a safe, organized work environment.
