Job summary

The Employee Connect is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Suwanee, Georgia to join a fast-paced distribution operation. You will pick, pack and ship industrial supply orders accurately and on time in a clean, safety-forward warehouse.

This is an immediate-start contract role on a full-time day shift (Monday–Friday). You will work onsite, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Comfortable standing and walking for a full shift.
• Basic computer and scanner skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners.
• Receive and inspect inbound shipments against paperwork.
• Stage and load outbound orders for carriers.
• Complete cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Keep work areas clean, safe and organized.

Pay/Compensation: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour

About the Role

A fast-paced, safety-first distribution operation is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Suwanee. You will pick, pack and ship industrial supply orders accurately and on time. This is an immediate-start contract in a clean, well-run warehouse.

Assignment Details

• Contract assignment, 3 months with possible extension
• Work setting: onsite
• Openings: 1
• Anticipated start: within the next two to three weeks

Core Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners
• Receive and inspect inbound shipments against paperwork
• Stage and load outbound orders for carriers
• Complete cycle counts and report discrepancies
• Keep work areas clean, safe and organized
• Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements

Required Qualifications

• 6 or more months of warehouse or distribution experience
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification
• Experience with WMS or ERP systems
• Industrial or MRO supply experience
• Prior work in a fast-paced distribution or industrial setting
• Willingness to cross-train in receiving, shipping and inventory
• Strong record of attendance and safe work habits
