Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Warehouse Lead Supervisor - SBE to oversee shipping, receiving and mailroom operations at an on-site location. You will manage package receipt, delivery, tracking and documentation, while maintaining asset records and coordinating large shipments.

Strong customer service and communication skills are essential. This role requires 3-5 years in shipping/receiving supervision, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work with varying schedules.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in shipping/receiving supervision.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Proven track record delivering excellent internal/external customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible and able to adjust to variable work demands.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shipping, receiving and mailroom operations.
• Receive shipments from carriers and input data into tracking system.
• Deliver incoming packages to end users following procedures.
• Uncrate, label and dispose of packaging per guidelines.
• Identify and document equipment per asset management rules.
• Prepare outgoing shipments per regulations and client procedures.
• Handle priority shipments and organize packing slips daily.
• Monitor weekly sourcing transactions and follow up on requests.
• Ensure supplies and inventory are stocked at loading docks and copy areas.
• Investigate lost/missing packages and communicate with customers.
